Common Questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open your iPhone's Settings > tap your name (Apple ID) > Subscriptions > AI Doc Scanner > Cancel Subscription. Your Premium access stays active until the end of your billing period.
How do I delete my account?
Open AI Doc Scanner > Settings > Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data (scans, images, extractions). This action cannot be undone.
Is my data private?
Yes. OCR happens entirely on your device using Apple's Vision framework — your images never leave your phone for text recognition. When you use AI extraction, only the recognized text (not images) is sent to our secure AI provider. We don't use analytics SDKs or advertising trackers.
What does the free tier include?
Unlimited document scanning and on-device OCR in 18 languages, plus 5 AI extractions to try. Basic PDF export is also included free. Premium unlocks unlimited AI extractions, natural language search, CSV export, and more.
What languages does OCR support?
AI Doc Scanner uses Apple's Vision framework which supports 18 languages including English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and more.
